Photographer Terms

These terms apply to photographers who create and use a photographer account on LinkedStrips.
1. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the photographs and other content you upload, publish or offer for sale through LinkedStrips.
You must ensure that you have all rights, permissions, consents or other lawful basis required for your use of that content, taking into account the circumstances and applicable law.
2. Prohibited content and activity
You must not use LinkedStrips to upload, publish, sell or otherwise distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, unlawfully invasive of another person's privacy, or intended to facilitate harassment or other unlawful harm.
You must not use LinkedStrips or its payment services for any activity prohibited or restricted by Stripe or applicable payment-network rules.

3. Gallery access
You are responsible for how LinkedStrips cards, QR codes, gallery links and other access methods are distributed.
If you distribute access to the same gallery to multiple people, those people may be able to view the same gallery. You must choose an appropriate access model and communicate it appropriately to the people concerned.
4. Reports and moderation
People with access to a customer gallery may report a photograph to LinkedStrips for review.
LinkedStrips may investigate reported or otherwise identified content and may remove photographs, suspend accounts or block accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, comply with law, respond to payment or compliance requirements, or protect LinkedStrips and its users.
A report does not automatically remove a photograph.
5. Sales and photographer proceeds
LinkedStrips may enable customers to purchase photographs uploaded by photographers. Applicable prices, platform fees and photographer proceeds are determined by the LinkedStrips service and the commercial terms presented for the relevant product.
Payment processing and photographer payouts may depend on successful payment processing, applicable fees, refunds, disputes, reversals, compliance checks and other legitimate payment adjustments.
6. Stripe Connect
LinkedStrips uses Stripe Connect to provide payment and payout functionality for photographers.
Where you connect or create a Stripe account through LinkedStrips, you also agree to the applicable Stripe Connected Account Agreement and Stripe Services Agreement.
LinkedStrips may access and use information about your connected Stripe account where necessary to provide the LinkedStrips service, determine account and payout readiness, process transactions, calculate photographer proceeds, create transfers, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal, risk or compliance obligations.
You authorise LinkedStrips to perform those activities through Stripe Connect where necessary to provide the service and to share the required connected-account information with Stripe.
LinkedStrips does not require photographers to provide their bank account numbers directly to LinkedStrips. Sensitive payout and identity information required by Stripe is handled through Stripe's onboarding and payment infrastructure.
7. Accurate information and compliance
Information you provide to LinkedStrips or Stripe must be accurate, complete and kept reasonably up to date.
You must cooperate with reasonable requests for information required to investigate reports, payment issues, disputes, fraud, legal obligations or Stripe compliance requirements.
8. Suspension and termination
LinkedStrips may suspend or block photographer access where there is a reasonable compliance, safety, fraud, legal or platform-risk concern, or where these terms are materially breached.
Suspension or blocking does not automatically delete existing photographs, sessions or historical transaction records. Content moderation and account moderation are separate administrative actions.
9. Changes to these terms
LinkedStrips may update these terms when the service, applicable law, payment requirements or platform policies change. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
